Your Role with the Company:

As the Utility Worker, you are responsible for performing routine building and landscape maintenance including snow removal, lawn maintenance, material handling and janitorial duties. You will be in charge of keeping the supply closets stocked, painting buildings & grounds area, performing minor building maintenance with the use of hand tools and the upkeep of the landscape.

Background Profile:

2 years of experience in building maintenance
Valid Michigan Driver's License
Knowledge of landscape maintenance
Knowledge of and an ability to perform minor building maintenance functions utilizing required tools
Knowledge of and an ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs
