Your Role with the Company:
As the call center representative you will manage substantial amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner, follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics, schedule residents to receive their COVID-19 Vaccination and keep detailed records.
Location:
Located close to major freeways, restaurants, and shopping options.
Experience Profile:
Previous experience in customer support or office setting
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Experience with data entry and limited Excel knowledge
Great organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
