Dian and Ron Panter are the proud owners of Placement Management Center (PMC). Ron and Dian began providing staffing services in 1995 concentrating on the medical and clerical fields. Nikki Rogers is the Executive Recruitment Director for PMC! Nikki has years of management, sales, and marketing experience that helped prepare her to lead Team PMC. Her outgoing and jubilant personality helps make every day at work exciting! Since becoming the Executive Recruitment Director, she has implemented fun activities and team building events. Nikki goes out of her way to be an exceptional leader and the office wouldn’t be the same without her guidance! Nikki’s favorite part of her job is helping both sides of the employment sector. We can help great people find work and we are also able to help exceptional companies fill openings they might have. She loves being able to work for amazing owners like Ron and Dian, who make every effort to make sure the staff feel happy and appreciated!
A naturally positive and outgoing person, Nikki loves a good laugh and knows how to brighten a room. She enjoys spending time with her two kids and fiancé whether its exploring outside or cuddled up watching a movie together. She is and exceptional photographer and loves to spend time doing arts and crafts. Nikki is a fabulous leader for our team and we are so pleased to have someone like her on board!
Paige Knific is PMC’s Brand Manager. Paige started her career at PMC as a Staffing Coordinator in 2014 and has been actively involved in growing the company since. She shares time as an owner of a social media strategy company and various responsibilities at PMC such as Brand Ambassador and Staffing Support. Paige obtained multiple accelerated degrees while in college that have helped her grow with PMC. She has her finger on the pulse of social media and represents PMC at community and industry events in the area. An outgoing and friendly personality and a valuable member of the PMC team.
Paige participates in a number of area organizations on behalf of PMC. Some include: Board of Directors on The Flushing Chamber of Commerce, Ambassador for The Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce, Chairperson of the Flushing Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, Board of Directors for the Flint Young Professionals, Active Member of the Women’s Leadership Committee and more!
Paige enjoys cooking her way through her Pinterest board of recipes, spoiling her 2 rescue pups, and indulging her passion for traveling. When she isn’t working she can be found watching British television with her husband, getting lost in a good book, or catching up with her tight knit group of friends. Paige is so proud to be part of PMC and loves working for such amazing owners who care so much about the success of the team, both personally and professionally.
Heather Morey is the Executive Recruiting Specialist at PMC. Heather joined PMC in 2018 with years of recruiting and onboarding experience as well as years of customer services in fast-paced environments. She has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and an associate’s degree in business. Her training and education have made her a standout recruiter within PMC. She loves the opportunity to help people provide for themselves and their families – and to make a difference in their lives.
Heather’s goal is to bring value to PMC and our clients by saving money, time, and resources by increasing efficiency and effectiveness. She is passionate about employee relations as well as the training and development of employees as the front line of any business. When Heather is not at the office placing workers in careers they love, she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews, visiting arcades and pursuing her photography passion.
Keri Kertesz is a Recruitment Specialist at the PMC office in Flint! Keri is a smiling face and happy voice to everyone that calls or visits our office. She joins PMC after spending years working in the administrative center at Kettering, as well as in customer service and retail. She is actively working on completing a degree in business management to help her grow within PMC. Keri’s work and education have taught her to problem solve on the spot and be able to handle anything that comes through the door. In addition to reviewing resumes, scheduling and running interviews, Keri also helps out the payroll department when needed. We are so happy to have someone as versatile as Keri on our team!
If you don’t see Keri at our office, you can be sure to find her hunting for a good bargain or splurging on a new Starbucks mug. Keri is a world traveler, some of her favorite vacations have been to Mexico and Germany. She has an extensive shoe collection, owns a yellow ring neck parakeet named Sunny, and she has recently taken up target shooting.
Karrah Kozlowski is PMC’s amazing Front Desk Receptionist and Staffing Coordinator! While Karrah is new to the recruiting industry, she is catching on quickly and is absorbing all the knowledge that our experienced team members have to share. She was attracted to her role at PMC because she loves interacting with candidates and learning their stories. Karrah also pointed out that “it is important to correct misinformation, explain the PMC process, and help others – candidate’s and clients receive the information they need. I love being able to make things right”!
Karrah is creative at heart and loves to spend her time writing, reading, exercising, researching and shopping. In the future she would love to publish her fantasy novel and teleplay series.
